What to expect
How it works
Expect to be with us for one to two hours. Heidi takes a full medical history, then carries out a physical examination that includes neurological and orthopaedic tests. If needed, she may arrange x-rays before treatment starts. You might be asked to remove some clothing for parts of the examination — a gown and privacy are always provided, and nothing happens without your say-so.
Before Heidi recommends anything, she needs to properly understand what's going on — and that takes more than a few minutes. Your first visit is unhurried: a detailed conversation about your history and lifestyle, a hands-on physical examination, and any tests needed to rule things in or out.
At the end of it, you'll be told plainly what she's found, what she recommends, what the likely benefits and risks are, and roughly how many sessions to expect. You're free to ask questions, take your time, and decide — nothing is assumed, and nothing begins without your consent.

This single fee covers your full assessment, diagnosis and written treatment plan. If no further imaging is required, treatment often begins on the same visit at no extra cost.
