Who we are

About Ledbury Chiropractic Clinic

An independent practice on Orchard Lane, run by one chiropractor who believes good care starts with actually listening.

How the clinic came to be

Heidi Tulloch didn't start out as a chiropractor. Before qualifying, she worked in retail management, recruitment, and served in the Territorial Army — jobs that taught her a lot about people, and not much about backs. It was watching chiropractic care change someone close to her that changed her own direction.

She trained at the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic, University of Glamorgan, earning her Master of Chiropractic, and is licensed by the General Chiropractic Council and a member of the British Chiropractic Association. Ledbury Chiropractic Clinic on Orchard Lane is the practice she built afterwards — small enough that she still sees every patient herself.

How Heidi works

Our values

Warmth first

treatment starts with feeling at ease, not just a diagnosis.

Root causes, not just symptoms

we look at what's actually causing the problem, not only where it hurts.

Your part in it

good habits and posture do as much as any appointment.

Honesty about limits

if we're not helping, we'll say so, and point you elsewhere.

Just as important

What we are not

  • We are not a high-volume clinic — you get a full appointment, not a rushed slot.

  • We are not going to promise a quick fix if there isn't one.

  • We are not going to keep you on a treatment plan longer than you need to be.

Heidi Tulloch

Founder & Resident Chiropractor

Ledbury, Herefordshire

Heidi holds a Master of Chiropractic from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic, University of Glamorgan, and is licensed by the General Chiropractic Council and a member of the British Chiropractic Association. Before training as a chiropractor she worked in retail management, recruitment and the Territorial Army — and says it's given her a healthy respect for how much people can put their bodies through without saying anything. Outside the clinic she's usually out riding, walking her dog Jed, or planning the next trip abroad.

"I want patients to leave not just feeling better, but understanding why — and what they can do themselves to stay that way."
