How it works
Existing patients sometimes develop a complaint unrelated to what brought them in originally. Rather than fold it into an existing plan, Heidi assesses it as its own case — with its own diagnosis, its own plan, and its own honest estimate of what it will take to resolve.
Backs rarely cause just one problem. If you're already a patient and something new crops up — a twisted ankle, a strained shoulder, a different kind of headache — it deserves its own proper look, not a rushed add-on to an unrelated appointment.
This assessment works much like your original consultation: a focused examination of the new complaint, an honest diagnosis, and a plan built specifically around it.
